Our proposal is to preserve the existing river running North-South in the middle of the site, using it as main support for a central garden associated with scattered villas and townhouses, when the other residences, on the east and west side, will be developed for the 5 to11 floors residential units. Large rectangular over scaled frames will be set on the south facades in order to provide longitudinal balconies overlooking the central landscape, the river and the row of several proposed wooden bridges for easy crossing.
