As for the Zhongye Group office parks in Wuhan and Dalian, a new headquarter for the Huatian MCC Engineering & Technology Corp. Ltd. is to be built in the high-tech zone associated with the CBD in Nanjing, looking toward an exciting landscape on the south part of the site.

Our proposal was to create, next to the entrance plaza, an efficient 1st phase compound composed of an administration building, a design center and a branch office building; when at the other end will be the R & D, with the service center in the middle, being easily accessible by each facility, as well as being run independently.
