On the top part of the residential development of the Fengtai Huayuan Village whose general planning has been developed previously by Vector, are to be set high-class villas which will respond to the following design principles:

·Emphasize the horizontal structure in association with the natural landscape.

·Create different volumes set at different levels, according to the natural slope, and connected by an open staircase, with private gardens set in between, allowing a transition from natural landscape to the indoor space.
