Wuxi is undergoing a major renovation of the banks along Taihu Lake, with a special accent for ecological landscape, in order to promote different public activities, one of it being a school for water sports.

We propose to keep and renovate the existing water-ponds (as footprint of the historic activity of the fish industry of the lake), and use them to fit the different parts of the program.

Doing so, we relate the scale of the different buildings to the one of the existing site;

Doing so, we accentuate the connection between the different levels of the water system to the sport activity;

Doing so, we connect the water landscape to the building and surrounding landscape.
