The program asked for 2 clearly identified facilities: one 10000 m2 office building (11 floors) for the staff, one 3000 m2 facility (2 floors) for the reception and entertainment of international private investors. We propose to emphasize the spatial quality of each part, with the main building facing Taihu Road, when the second one, linked thru a glass corridor to the office building, will be made of scattered buildings overlooking the river landscape.
