Part of a large district dedicated to low-rise residential and located on the South-East side of Shanghai, is the development of a dense residential project (villa, townhouse, duplex) whose structure is along a renovated waterscape system. Our proposal for the façade redesign is the establishment of a sophisticated new modern vocabulary (screen, balcony, bow window, etc.) which can be adapted to the 27 types of residence units in order to create a lively environment breaking the monotony of the existing planned site plan.
