Keeping in mind the logic of the urban planning of Guangming new zone, which echoes Shenzhen's linear development system with nodes, we emphasize the Commercial Axis and its metro hub on the north, and link it to the Green Axis on the south, thus proposing to optimize connectivity, as experience shows that a complex program with good connections can ensure a successful development.
Our proposal provides a good balance between the dynamic public parts, treated in sequence, and the static residential gardens, treated at a smaller scale in a private way with special views to surrounding gardens.
