With the rapid growth of Shenzhen, this waste-to-energy plant aims at setting up a model by tackling the garbage siege problem in a low-carbon way.

In order to set that example and make it acceptable for the neighborhoods, we propose to:

- emphasize the existing natural landscape with the camouflage of the green plant nestled in the valley, behind the headquarter set as focal point;

- organize environmental educational functions including a well-planned tour, with the plant's exhibition window interacting with the headquarter.
