Related to the implementation of a new public transport system (new airport, new highway, railway …), decision has been made by the government to implement a new city, “Binhu New Place” located on the south part of the existing city, next to the Chaohu Lake.

One of the 1st projects to be considered is a hotel complex whose image will act as an attractive landmark for the 1st users.

Our proposal is about 2 parts treated in opposition as to achieve 2 complementary specific images:

-- The 5-star hotel designed as a vertical technical sign, symbol of the future of the province of Anhui.

-- The ecological compound for the 3-star hotels associates with an office building, designed as a horizontal friendly facility related to the surrounding local environment.
